Bed & Breakfast including Full English Breakfast

Guests are invited to arrive between 4.00pm and 6.00pm and to vacate their bedrooms by 10.30am on their day of departure. Breakfast is normally served between 8.00am and 9.00am. These times are flexible, but please let us know before hand if you require different arrangements.

The above prices are per room based on double occupancy except Rowley which is available as a family unit (max 3 adults) at £195. Please ring for further details.

Single Occupancy £120 from Monday to Thursday.
Single supplement at Weekends full price.

Additional Cost of Bringing a Dog at £15 per night.

How to book

To confirm the booking we require credit/debit card details and a 30% non refundable deposit of the total stay is payable on booking. Please provide your full postal address and post/zip code. 

Pet Policy

Old Manor House is pet friendly and we welcome ONE dog per booking. There would be an additional cost of £12.50 per night. Please call or email ahead before booking to confirm breed of dog.

Cancellation Policy

We would like to remind guests that a reservation does constitute a contract. A cancellation/no show results in a loss to a small business. A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total booking is payable on confirmation. We reserve the right to charge the following in the event of a late cancellation within 14 days of the arrival date where we are unable to re-let the room/s or due to a no show.
