Confirmation of Booking.
To confirm the booking a non refundable deposit of a 1/3 of the total payment of the stay is required.
Arrivals and Departures
Arrival time is from 4:00 pm onwards.
Any earlier please inform us.
Please vacate your room by 11 am.
Cancellations
We will try to relet the room on cancellation.
A cancellation made within 48 hours will incur an 85% charge.
A no show (guests do not appear at all) will incur a charge of the total value of the stay.
Full Payment by a Credit Card will incur a 3% charge.
